Recently, Mr. Tan Yueqi(Vincent), Equity Partner at Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm, and his assistant Ms. Wenxi Wang, represented a client in a cross-border investment dispute. The case was submitted for arbitration at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the applicable law is Hong Kong law, with English as the language of the arbitration. After accepting the instruction, Mr. Tan Yueqi(Vincent) collaborated with a Hong Kong barrister team to prepare the client's defense and make preparations for subsequent hearings.
