Recently, Mr. Tan Yueqi(Vincent), an equity partner at Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm, has been successfully included in the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) database of arbitrators.

谭岳奇律师，曾任联合国国际贸易法委员会观察员，现任香港国际仲裁中心仲裁员、迪拜国际仲裁中心仲裁员、亚太国际仲裁院（新加坡）仲裁员、俄罗斯仲裁中心仲裁员、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员、中国海事仲裁委员会仲裁员、深圳国际仲裁院仲裁员、武汉仲裁委员会仲裁员、英国皇家特许仲裁员协会高级会员（Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators）、欧中仲裁员协会会员、中国人民大学法律硕士实务导师、香港律师会（The Law Society of Hong Kong）注册涉外律师（Registration as a Foreign Lawyer）、武汉大学韩德培法学基金会理事。在国际贸易、跨境投资以及国际建设工程合同纠纷方面具有丰富经验。谭岳奇律师曾荣获2025GRCD中国年度出海律师榜单、2025LegalOne 粤港澳大湾区法律大奖：涉外法律服务律师 15 强、2025LegalOne年度实力之星：争议解决（仲裁）以及DAWKINS 2025年 十佳企业出海律师。

Mr. Tan Yueqi(Vincent) has served as an observer to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and currently holds positions including Arbitrator at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), Arbitrator at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Arbitrator at the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC, Singapore), Arbitrator at the Russian Arbitration Center, Arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Arbitrator at the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), Arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), Arbitrator at the Wuhan Arbitration Commission, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Member of the European-Chinese Arbitrators Association, Practical Tutor for LLM at Renmin University of China, Foreign Lawyer registered with the Law Society of Hong Kong, and Council Member of the Han Depei Legal Foundation at Wuhan University. Mr. Tan Yueqi (Vincent) possesses extensive expertise in international business and arbitration, with professional capabilities spanning critical areas such as cross-border investment, international construction projects, and international trade. He has represented clients in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes and delivers high-caliber international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution services in both Chinese and English. Mr. Tan Yueqi (Vincent) is working jointly with Hong Kong lawyers to handle an equity dispute arising from cross-border investment at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (arbitration language: English). He once represented a Chinese listed company in a property services contract dispute against a Fortune 500 American enterprise at the Zhuhai International Arbitration Court (arbitration language: English); He represented a prominent Chinese company in defending against a US$150 million arbitration initiated jointly by a world-class investment bank and a famous bank at HKIAC(arbitration language: English). He also represented a foreign company in applying for recognition and enforcement of a New York Convention arbitral award at the Xiamen Court. He provided legal advice on Chinese legal issues involved in a winding-up order for a Singaporean company before the Singapore High Court. Additionally, he has provided expert opinions on Chinese law before the Hong Kong High Court concerning matters such as recognition and enforcement of judgments, inheritance disputes, and cross-border equity disputes. Mr. Tan Yueqi (Vincent) provides comprehensive legal services including cross-border M&A, overseas investment structuring, and compliance reviews for numerous domestic and international enterprises. He has assisted Chinese fund management companies in acquiring equity stakes in French enterprises, advised on multi-jurisdictional M&A projects spanning Singapore, Hong Kong, the Cayman Islands, and Mainland China, and provided expert counsel on interim measures, emergency arbitration and agreement jurisdiction in multiple international arbitration cases.
