2026年1月16日上午，北京中银（深圳）律师事务所（以下简称“中银深圳”）与北海亚洲国际仲裁中心（以下简称“亚仲中心”）、北海仲裁委、粤港澳大湾区联合调解研究院、自贸区（南京片区）蓝海国际商事调解中心交流座谈会暨战略合作框架协议签约仪式在中银深圳顺利举行。

On January 16th, 2026, Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongyin Shenzhen”) successfully hosted an exchange symposium and strategic cooperation framework agreement signing ceremony with the Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre (hereinafter referred to as “BAIAC”), the Beihai Arbitration Commission, the Academy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Joint Mediation, and the Free Trade Zone (Nanjing Area) Blue Sea International Commercial Mediation Center at its Shenzhen office.

Li Xiaobo, deputy director of the management committee of Zhongyin Shenzhen introduced the firm's profile, highlighting its strengths in financial legal services and extensive experience in international commercial arbitration and cross-border investment legal services. Mr. Wu Weiwei, Chairman of the BAIAC, presented the BAIAC's advanced arbitration philosophy, professional team, and pivotal role in resolving international commercial disputes. Director Zhong Hong of the Beihai Arbitration Commission outlined the Commission's development trajectory and internationalization initiatives. Dean Xu Jing of the Academy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Joint Mediation presented the academy's operational framework and the expansive prospects for commercial mediation. Participants engaged in vigorous discussions on trends in international commercial arbitration and mediation, collaborative models, and other topics, laying the groundwork for future cooperation.

战略合作签约仪式上，由谭岳奇律师代表中银深圳与自贸区（南京片区）蓝海国际商事调解中心、粤港澳大湾区联合调解研究院、北海仲裁委员会/北海国际仲裁院、北京中银（南京）律师事务所共同签署战略合作框架协议，旨在加强国际商事仲裁与调解领域合作，共同提升法律服务质量和效率。

At the strategic cooperation framework agreement signing ceremony, Equity Partner Mr. Tan Yueqi (Vincent), representing Zhongyin Shenzhen, signed strategic cooperation framework agreements with the Free Trade Zone (Nanjing Area) Blue Sea International Commercial Mediation Center, the Academy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Joint Mediation, the Beihai Arbitration Commission/Beihai International Arbitration Court, and the Beijing Zhongyin (Nanjing) Law Firm. The agreements aim to strengthen cooperation in the international commercial arbitration and mediation area, jointly enhancing the quality and efficiency of legal services.
