2026年APEC中国年为涉外经贸合作与法治服务带来全新发展契机。2026年6月7日至8日，“FT 律动引力”计划——首届先锋营暨涉外法治人才生态共建活动在福田区荣超商务中心圆满举行。本次活动聚焦涉外法律职业发展、深圳涉外法律服务市场建设等核心议题。会议上，深圳国际仲裁院副院长安欣、深圳市福田区司法局局长王显军、深圳市律师协会会长张斌领导分别致辞；此外，来自武汉大学、中南财经政法大学、中国政法大学、中国人民大学的深圳校友会代表及多所知名法学院的师生共同开展深度交流。

The APEC China Year 2026 presents new opportunities for foreign-related economic and trade cooperation and legal services. From 7 to 8 June, 2026, the “FT Legal Momentum” Programme — Inaugural Pioneer Camp and Collaborative Ecosystem-Building Event for Foreign-Related Rule-of-Law Talent was successfully held at the Rongchao Business Center in Futian District. Focusing on key topics including career development in foreign-related legal practice and the development of Shenzhen’s foreign-related legal services market, the event featured addresses by An Xin, Vice President of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration; Wang Xianjun, Director of the Justice Bureau of Futian District, Shenzhen; and Zhang Bin, President of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association. Representatives of the Shenzhen alumni associations of Wuhan University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, China University of Political Science and Law, and Renmin University of China, together with faculty members and students from several renowned law schools, also participated in in-depth exchanges.

Attorney Tan Yueqi (Vincent), Equity Partner at Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm, was invited to attend the event as an Alumni Ambassador of the Shenzhen Alumni Association of Wuhan University Law School and as a senior foreign-related legal practitioner. He also served as moderator of the Alumni Ambassador Roundtable Salon entitled “From Futian to the World: Legal Opportunities in the APEC China Year.”

During the Alumni Ambassador Roundtable Salon, Attorney Tan, together with the invited guests, drawing on the current market landscape and geographical advantages of Futian, Shenzhen, he analysed the distinctive “Shenzhen DNA” of China’s foreign-related legal services market. In response to enterprises’ growing demand for foreign-related compliance and cross-border transactions under the APEC framework, he addressed practical pain points faced by businesses and offered professional recommendations. Looking ahead to global economic and trade development trends, Attorney Tan further shared his vision for the strategic alignment of academic research and professional practice, called for the establishment of collaborative mechanisms among universities, law firms, enterprises, and research institutions, and shared valuable practical experience with young legal professionals.

At the event, Attorney Tan Yueqi (Vincent) also professionally moderated a debate session among university students on the topic “For the Development of Foreign-Related Legal Talent, Which Matters More: Urban Opportunities or Employer Opportunities?” With rigorous logic and effective control of the proceedings, he guided in-depth discussions on focal issues such as practical challenges in foreign-related legal services, talent cultivation, and industry collaboration, fully demonstrating the professional competence and organisational capabilities of a seasoned legal practitioner.

谭岳奇律师深耕法律实务多年，专注跨境投资、国际建设工程合同、国际贸易等领域，具备丰富的行业经验与国际视野。其曾任联合国国际贸易法委员会观察员，现担任包括新加坡国际仲裁中心、香港国际仲裁中心、伦敦国际仲裁院、瑞典斯德哥尔摩商会仲裁院、迪拜国际仲裁中心、亚太国际仲裁院、俄罗斯仲裁中心、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、中国海事仲裁委员会、深圳国际仲裁院、武汉仲裁委员会在内的多个重要仲裁机构的仲裁员，以及英国皇家特许仲裁员协会高级会员、欧中仲裁员协会会员；此外，他还是中国人民大学法学院法律硕士实务导师、香港律师会认证涉外律师、中国国际私法学会理事、武汉大学韩德培法学基金会理事，并获得2025 GRCD中国年度出海律师榜单、年度 DAWKINS十佳出海律师、年度LegalOne 粤港澳大湾区法律大奖：涉外法律服务律师15强、年度 LegalOne实力之星：争议解决（仲裁）等多项表彰。

Attorney Tan Yueqi (Vincent) has been deeply engaged in legal practice for many years, with a focus on cross-border investment, international construction project, and international trade. He possesses extensive industry experience and an international perspective. He previously served as an Observer to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. He currently serves as an arbitrator of several major arbitral institutions, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the London Court of International Arbitration, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber, the Russian Arbitration Center, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the China Maritime Arbitration Commission, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, and the Wuhan Arbitration Commission. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Chinese European Arbitration Association. In addition, he serves as a Practice Mentor for Master of laws’ students at Renmin University of China Law School, a Foreign-Related Lawyer accredited by the Law Society of Hong Kong, a Council Member of the Chinese Society of Private International Law, and a Council Member of the Han Depei Law Foundation of Wuhan University. He has received multiple recognitions, including the 2025 GRCD China Annual List of Outbound Lawyers, DAWKINS Top 10 Outbound Lawyers of the Year, LegalOne Greater Bay Area Legal Awards: Top 15 Foreign-Related Legal Services Lawyers of the Year, and LegalOne Rising Star: Dispute Resolution (Arbitration) of the Year.
