Attorney Zhu Yaolong has been practicing law for over two decades. His practice primarily focuses on corporate mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, financial securities, international business, and major civil and commercial dispute resolution. He currently serves as a mediator at the Shenzhen Securities and Futures Dispute Resolution Center and the China Securities Capital Markets Legal Service Center, and is a member of the International Investment Law Professional Committee of the Shenzhen Bar Association. He has represented numerous financial institutions in a wide range of financial and securities cases, including bond defaults, stock and bond pledge repurchase transactions, margin trading and short selling transactions, securities investment fund transactions, entrusted wealth management contract disputes, trust contract disputes, financial loan contract disputes, and misrepresentation in securities disputes.
