Attorney Zhu Yaolong has been practicing law for over two decades. He has represented numerous financial institutions in a wide range of financial and securities cases, including bond defaults, stock and bond pledge repurchase transactions, margin trading and short selling transactions, securities investment fund transactions, entrusted wealth management contract disputes, trust contract disputes, financial loan contract disputes, and misrepresentation in securities disputes.
