2026年9月9日下午，“中国仲裁周”济南专场活动——“跨境经贸合作中的争议解决实务专题研讨会”在山东省济南市章丘区成功举办。活动由中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会山东分会联合济南市贸促会主办，济南国际商会、章丘区贸促会、明水经济技术开发区管委会、章丘区商务服务中心承办。全市外贸及跨境投资企业负责人、法律服务机构专业人员以及县市区贸促系统代表等80余人参加。北京中银（深圳）律师事务所权益合伙人谭岳奇律师受邀出席活动并作专题授课。

On the afternoon of September 9, 2026, the Jinan session of China Arbitration Week—the Seminar on Dispute Resolution in Cross-Border Economic and Trade Cooperation—was successfully held in Zhangqiu District, Jinan, Shandong Province. The event was jointly hosted by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Shandong Sub-Commission and the Jinan Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and organized by the Jinan International Chamber of Commerce, the Zhangqiu Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Administrative Committee of Mingshui Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the Zhangqiu District Business Service Center. More than 80 participants attended, including executives of foreign trade and cross-border investment enterprises, legal service professionals, and representatives of local trade promotion authorities from across Jinan. Attorney Tan Yueqi (Vincent), Equity Partner at Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm, was invited to attend and deliver a keynote presentation.

本次活动依托全国“中国仲裁周”活动平台，立足济南外向型企业发展实际，聚焦跨境贸易、海外投资、跨境股权合作、国际工程等领域的高频法律风险，特邀境内外顶尖仲裁实务专家开展专题授课，系统讲解涉外仲裁规则、跨境争议多元解决路径、交易事前风险防控、跨境裁决承认与执行等实务要点，帮助全市外贸企业、园区经营主体和法律服务从业者熟练运用仲裁机制，高效化解涉外商事纠纷，完善涉外法律风险防控体系，助力企业稳妥开拓国际市场，服务济南市高水平对外开放和高质量发展。

Leveraging the nationwide China Arbitration Week platform and tailored to the practical needs of Jinan’s export-oriented enterprises, the event focused on frequently encountered legal risks in areas such as cross-border trade, overseas investment, cross-border equity cooperation, and international construction projects. Leading arbitration practitioners from China and abroad were invited to deliver presentations offering a systematic overview of key practical issues, including foreign-related arbitration rules, diversified mechanisms for resolving cross-border disputes, pre-transaction risk prevention, and the recognition and enforcement of cross-border arbitral awards. The event was designed to help foreign trade enterprises, businesses operating in industrial parks, and legal service professionals across Jinan make effective use of arbitration to efficiently resolve foreign-related commercial disputes and strengthen their legal risk prevention frameworks. It also aimed to support enterprises in expanding into international markets in a prudent manner and contribute to Jinan’s high-standard opening-up and high-quality development.

授课环节，本所谭岳奇律师结合自身深耕跨境贸易、海外投资及国际工程争议解决的实务经验，围绕涉外仲裁条款设计与风险防控、跨境争议多元解决路径选择、跨境仲裁裁决的承认与执行等企业关切重点进行系统讲解，并结合其代理境外仲裁裁决承认与执行案件的实务体会，就跨境裁决承认与执行的要点、交易事前风险防控等实操问题作了深入分享。授课内容紧扣企业出海的实际痛点，现场互动热烈。与会企业代表纷纷表示，此次授课为规范涉外合同条款、完善跨境风险应对预案提供了清晰、实用的指引。

During his presentation, Attorney Tan drew on his extensive practical experience in resolving disputes involving cross-border trade, overseas investment, and international construction projects. He provided a systematic explanation of key issues of particular concern to enterprises, including the drafting of foreign-related arbitration clauses and associated risk prevention, the selection of appropriate mechanisms for resolving cross-border disputes, and the recognition and enforcement of cross-border arbitral awards. Drawing on his experience representing clients in cases involving the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, he also shared in-depth practical insights into the key considerations in cross-border award recognition and enforcement, as well as pre-transaction risk prevention. Closely addressing the real-world challenges enterprises face when expanding overseas, the presentation prompted lively interaction among attendees. Participating business representatives noted that it provided clear and practical guidance on standardizing foreign-related contractual clauses and improving contingency plans for cross-border risks.

谭岳奇律师深耕法律实务多年，专注跨境投资、国际建设工程合同、国际贸易等领域，具备丰富的行业经验与国际视野。其先后于西南政法大学、武汉大学法学院、荷兰海牙国际法学院学习深造，2002年取得武汉大学法学博士学位。他曾任联合国国际贸易法委员会观察员，现担任包括新加坡国际仲裁中心、香港国际仲裁中心、伦敦国际仲裁院、瑞典斯德哥尔摩商会仲裁院、迪拜国际仲裁中心、亚太国际仲裁院、俄罗斯仲裁中心、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、中国海事仲裁委员会、深圳国际仲裁院、武汉仲裁委员会在内的多个重要仲裁机构的仲裁员，以及英国皇家特许仲裁员协会高级会员、欧中仲裁员协会会员；此外，他还是中国人民大学法学院法律硕士实务导师、香港律师会认证涉外律师、中国国际私法学会理事、武汉大学韩德培法学基金会理事，并获得2025 GRCD中国年度出海律师榜单、年度DAWKINS十佳出海律师、年度LegalOne粤港澳大湾区法律大奖：涉外法律服务律师15强、2026年胡润智榜·大中华区卓越推荐律师：跨境争议解决等多项表彰。

Attorney Tan Yueqi (Vincent) has been deeply engaged in legal practice for many years, with a focus on cross-border investment, international construction projects, and international trade. With extensive industry experience and an international perspective, Attorney Tan pursued legal studies at Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Wuhan University School of Law, and The Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands, and obtained a Doctor of Laws degree from Wuhan University in 2002. Attorney Tan previously served as an Observer to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, and he currently serves as an arbitrator with a number of major arbitral institutions, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the London Court of International Arbitration, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber, the Russian Arbitration Center, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the China Maritime Arbitration Commission, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration and the Wuhan Arbitration Commission. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Chinese European Arbitration Association. In addition, he serves as a Practice Mentor for Master of laws’ students at Law School of Renmin University of China , a Foreign-Related Lawyer accredited by the Law Society of Hong Kong, a Council Member of the Chinese Society of Private International Law, and a Council Member of the Han Depei Law Foundation of Wuhan University. He has received multiple recognitions, including the 2025 GRCD China Annual List of Outbound Lawyers, DAWKINS Top 10 Outbound Lawyers of the Year, LegalOne Greater Bay Area Legal Awards: Top 15 Foreign-Related Legal Services Lawyers of the Year, and 2026 Hurun Intelligence List·Greater China Outstanding Recommended Lawyers: Cross-Border Dispute Resolution.
