In the context of the country's strengthening of anti-monopoly law enforcement, Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm took the lead in establishing the Anti-Monopoly and Competition Policy Research Center in 2021, when China's anti-monopoly law enforcement was unprecedentedly active, specializing in researching and carrying out various business consulting, training and compliance guidance related to anti-monopoly and competition policies.

On May 20, 2021, Professor Wang Xiaoye, the "first person in the anti-monopoly law", was invited to visit the BOC site to share cutting-edge hot issues such as the legal regulation of the "either-or" behavior of e-commerce platforms, the anti-monopoly regulation of resale price maintenance, and the revision of the Anti-Monopoly Law.

The academic achievements of the members of the Center include: In 2021, they participated in the drafting of the group standard of the "Anti-monopoly Compliance Management Rules for Platform Operators" of the China Association for Standardization. In 2022, he participated in the drafting of the group standard of "Specification for the Construction of Fair Competition Compliance Management System for Business Operators" and the group standard of "Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Compliance Management System for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" of the China Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
